Reading Lists

Since I'm going to try and start doing this for real, I figured I would begin by just listing some of the authors/books I want to read, mostly as a prod to myself to read them. But if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions, please let me know. I'll try to blog about things as I read them. After continually hitting a roadblock with the gestalt narrative of "White Teeth," I've gone to something that is at once familiar but unread: Kurt Vonnegut's magnum opus "Slaughterhouse-Five." So it goes.
